Honestly, the Waipahu Festival Marketplace is a gem if you know what you're looking for. My only real goal today was to hunt down some coconut apple, but man, I ended up getting so much more. As soon as I walked in, the nostalgia hit hard. I ended up snacking on some absolute Filipino staple comfort foods-grabbed a hot cup of fresh taho with the sago pearls and warm syrup, and a stick of street-style fishballs. Finding those unexpected cravings is easily the best part of this place. If you're just looking for fresh local produce and vegetables, this is definitely the spot to hit up. Prices are solid. Just a massive heads up though: go early. The parking situation out here is pretty brutal if you roll up during peak hours, and it circles fast.

Decent variety but Pinoy One Outlet in Kalihi has a much larger selection.

This is an air-conditioned, indoor farmers marketplace. There is free parking outside, but the parking lot can fill up. There are a few retail stores in here that sell things other than food. Primarily though it is produce, seafood, pork, as well as other meat items. There’s also baked goods like malasadas, banana bread, cookies and more. Many of the produce items here are not available in a grocery store.

Plenty of fresh fruits, meats, and fish. Authentic Filipino pastries and desserts. Clean facility.
